Project Manager

Are you highly organized, resourceful, and skilled at managing luxury experiences? Do you excel at building strong client relationships, solving challenges with ease, and ensuring every detail is executed to perfection? Join Horizons Paths Journeys as a Project Manager and curate seamless business concierge and elite travel experiences for high-net-worth individuals.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to bring travel and business visions to life.
• Craft detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for seamless execution.
• Manage and allocate resources with precision and efficiency.
• Work closely with partners and vendors to ensure flawless delivery.
• Proactively identify and address potential risks.
• Foster strong communication with clients and stakeholders, keeping them engaged.
• Deliver every project on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards.

Oversee and execute our most exclusive travel and business concierge projects, managing every detail from concept to completion to exceed the expectations of our high-net-worth clients.

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Proven project management experience.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Native or near-native fluency in English or another major language (excluding Hebrew).
• experience living/working outside Israel - a plus
• Passion for travel and commitment to exceptional service.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• A self-starter with a capacity for independent learning (autodidactic).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Experience living/working outside Israel.
